Tilahun Abebe General Contractor (TAGC) is registered and licensed as a General Contractor, Grade one construction firm established in accordance with the commercial code of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (FDRE) starting as B.C. -6 in 2002 and then upgraded as Building Contractor (B.C.-1) in the year
2012. The head headquarter was established in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The company has over 22 years of experience providing quality services for both governmental and private sector with a diverse group of professionals providing engineering and construction services working throughout the country.

The company upgraded its level and in 2014 became a General Contractor (G.C.-1) taking in to account the conducive markets, investment policies, and incentive packages, which encouraged the company to commit resources thereby contributing a part to the overall economic development of the country.

Currently Tilahun Abebe General Contractor (TAGC) is actively working on multiple projects with a project cost of ETB 28,916,874,406.18,($498,996,969.91) through various Government and Non-governmental (Private ownership) Projects and has ETB 2,403,252,257.97or ($41,471,134.736) Turnover capital. Many of these contracts include high-rise Buildings, Infrastructure Projects like Roads, Dam, and Waste Water Treatment plants as stated in the tabulated chart.
